WHERE CAN I FIND MY SUPPLEMENT PRESCRIPTIONS?

We mostly use Fullscript, which is an online supplement dispensary that we use in order to send supplement prescriptions all in one place.

You can access our page here https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/meetingpoint

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

We do not work with insurance companies directly, however many patients submit their own claims to their insurance company. We accept cash, check, credit card, and HSA/FSA accounts. We believe that integrative medicine should be accessible to everyone, so we keep our fees fair. You will also receive a detailed receipt of your account charges so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

HOW MUCH IS TREATMENT?

Functional and Regenerative Medicine:

Each patient receives a full assessment and customized treatment protocol from our providers – initial consultations are $350. We request that for functional and regenerative medicine, our patients commit to three months of therapy – our functional medicine packages begin at $3000; regenerative medicine packages begin at $2000.

Anti-aging and Aesthetic Medicine:

Consultations are $50, and that cost is rolled into your customized treatment plan. Single treatments begin at $600 per treatment.

WHAT IS INVOLVED IN AN INITIAL CONSULT?

Functional and Regenerative Medicine:

On your first visit to Meeting Point Health, you will first meet with your patient care coordinator for about 15 minutes to make sure that we have your complete medical and medication history. Next you will meet with your provider for 60-90 minutes, where we will do an extensive evaluation and assessment. Expect a deep dive into the nature of your imbalance. We leave no stone unturned. By the end of the visit, you will have a treatment plan with recommended treatments. After your appointment again meet with our patient care coordinator to go over testing, scheduling, financing, and education on treatments and services that are part of your individualized treatment protocol.

Functional and Regenerative Medicine at Meeting Point Health is a boutique-style medicine that focuses on individualized precision care. Expect a treatment protocol for healing that includes lifestyle and nutrition coaching, prescribed herbs and supplementation, as well as testing. At Meeting Point Health, we do hands-on evidence-based treatments and procedures like osteopathy, acupuncture, ozone therapy, IV nutrient therapy, and regenerative injection therapy.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that sometimes life is busy and circumstances arise. Life is life. However, when you schedule an appointment, you are reserving 30-60 minutes of a provider’s time just for you. In the event of no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost of the visit which is charged to the card on file. If you are late or no-show consistently, we may need to refer you out to another provider who might be able to serve you better.

DO YOU ALLOW STUDENTS TO SHADOW?

If you are a medical student or resident looking to shadow, please know that we have a fairly rigorous vetting process to ensure that those who come into our sacred space have a serious interest in becoming integrative medicine providers.

DO YOU DO STEROID INJECTIONS?

We do not do steroid injections. Period.

Our injection treatments are regenerative, meaning that we aim to REGROW your tissue and stimulate your body to heal itself. Our aim is to reset an inflammatory process that has gone rogue. Remember that our bodies use inflammation to clean up damaged tissue and heal.

ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS WITH INJECTIONS?

As with all medical procedures, one should be aware of any potential side effects and risks, though rare, which include bruising, weakness, numbness, allergic reaction, pain, infection, headache, dizziness, and nausea. Also remember that while Regenerative Medicine uses cutting-edge evidence-based injections, it takes the FDA years to approve certain modalities and even longer for insurance to cover it. If you are seeking our treatments, you understand the experimental nature of these regenerative medicine injection techniques.

DOES ACUPUNCTURE HURT?

The pain you are currently in is exponentially more agonizing than the hair-thin dry needles we use. It is not a hypodermic needle used in a doctor’s office for vaccinations or drawing blood. The needles we use are very fine, about the width of a single strand of hair. In fact, you can fit almost 20 acupuncture needles inside the shaft of your typical hypodermic needle! Most patients feel a tingle when the needle is inserted into the fascia or a heavy sensation if inserted into muscle tissue. Acupuncture is the most cost-effective drug-free natural modality for any kind of pain or dysfunction.

CAN YOU BE MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN?

We are integrative medicine specialists. Our services are most helpful when you are looking to step up your wellness game with modern evidence-based holistic approaches. We find it is best for our patients to keep their primary care physician for annual physicals, yearly screenings, vaccines, and coordination of care. For pretty much everything else, we are happy and well equipped to help when you are injured, sick, or looking for optimal performance.

Can I do Anti-Aging/Aesthetics treatments even if I have a medical condition?

YES. We are an integrative health clinic, with a licensed physician and other licensed medical personnel in-house. We take a full health history for every patient who walks through our doors, and we take into account any and all medical conditions when assessing if a specific treatment is right for you. Most patients will benefit from a focus on nutrition and lifestyle, including patients seeking anti-aging/aesthetic treatments, and so we are equipped to treat all patients with all of the resources that we have.

What if I just want one treatment?

We like to provide our patients with real and honest expectations. That being said, we find that most patients receive desired results after multiple treatments, and with adequate home care and follow-up. The number of recommended treatments will be determined through your initial consultation and by how you heal throughout the procedures. Our typical recommended engagements are 3 months long and extend from there depending on your situation.

How long will my aesthetic results last?

The lasting effects of our aesthetic treatments, of course, depends on the treatment. Neurotoxin treatments typically last about 3 months, and most other treatment plans can last up to 1-2 years.
