Is there a cancellation policy?
To reserve your appointment, we require a non-refundable $200 deposit.
We understand that plans can change, and we’re always happy to help you reschedule—just give us at least 72 hours’ notice.
Because we dedicate significant time and resources to each patient, cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of your appointment (outside of emergencies) may result in the full cost of the visit being charged.
