What type of financial investment will I need to make?
Your financial investment depends on your goals, lab results, and personalized treatment plan. While regenerative and functional medicine are not covered by insurance, many patients find the investment worthwhile for the lasting improvements in health, energy, and quality of life.
Here’s what you can generally expect:
Initial Consultations
Functional & Integrative Medicine: $695 for your first 75–90 minute visit and $450 for your lab review.
Orthopedics & Regenerative Medicine: $795 for your first 90-minute visit (including exam, ultrasound, and diagnostic work if needed).
Longevity & Performance Medicine: $395 for a 30-minute consult with Dr. Matta to discuss options for optimizing vitality and performance.
Treatment Plans
Functional & Integrative care usually involves advanced lab testing, supplements, peptide therapy, and IV infusions. IVs are typically weekly and range from $750–$1,500 each. Most patients work with us for 3–6 months, with many continuing for a year or longer before transitioning to a maintenance plan.
Orthopedic and regenerative treatments may include peptide therapy, PRP, stem cells, or shockwave therapy. Plans range widely—from about $4,000 to $20,000—depending on the type and extent of treatment needed.
Longevity & Performance medicine is designed for patients interested in biohacking, hormone therapy (TRT), or peptide protocols for muscle recovery, enhanced workouts, or weight loss. Individual peptide pricing varies widely—from about $300 for a 90-day supply to $2,000 for a 30-day supply depending on the peptide. All peptides and hormones must be obtained through our vetted compounding pharmacies.
Destination patients (1–4 weeks onsite) can expect a tailored program combining infusions, regenerative injections, and other therapies, coordinated in advance of arrival.
Flexible Investment Options
Many patients use our pre-pay “piggybank” program to save on care:
~ 5% discount for deposits of $2,500–$5,000 (e.g., a $5,000 deposit provides $5,250 in spending power)
~ 10% discount for deposits of $5,001–$10,000 (e.g., a $10,000 deposit provides $11,000 in spending power)
~ 15% discount for deposits of $10,001+ (e.g., a $15,000 deposit provides $17,250 in spending power)
Bottom Line
We encourage patients to view treatment as a longer-term investment in their health. While exact costs vary, most patients plan for several months of treatment and find the financial investment worthwhile given the depth of care and outcomes.
