Regenerative Orthopedic Medicine in Philadelphia | Meeting Point Health

How Does It Work?

Regenerative Medicine helps REGROW tissue. Our bodies use inflammation to clean up damaged tissue and heal, but sometimes inflammation goes rogue. The injectable agents we use such as dextrose, ozone, procaine, peptides, vitamins, and biologics can stimulate the body’s own healing processes. While creating pain relief immediately, the treatment effect builds as the body goes to work recruiting its own stem cells to regenerate the area. The full effect builds at 1-3 months but full healing can continue for up to one year.

At Meeting Point Health, we also use any combination of topical numbing agents, nerve blocks, lidocaine, and Pronox to make your procedure comfortable and relaxing.

Regenerative Therapies

Regenerative Medicine offers a powerful, natural alternative to steroids, pain medications, and surgery by working with your body to promote true healing. While aging and injuries can lead to degeneration, your body’s innate ability to regenerate and repair tissue remains a cornerstone of regenerative medicine. By using advanced therapies like targeted injections or infusions with agents that stimulate tissue repair, we help activate your body’s natural healing processes.

  • Peptide Therapy

Peptides are short chains of amino acids—the essential building blocks of proteins that drive nearly every biological process in the body. They play a key role in metabolism, DNA repair, immune regulation, and cellular communication, making them powerful tools for healing and performance optimization. At Meeting Point Health, we use targeted peptide therapy to accelerate recovery, enhance vitality, and support tissue repair. Peptides may be administered in-office for joint regeneration or at home through simple subcutaneous injections as part of your personalized treatment plan.

  • Nerve Hydrodissection

Nerve Hydrodissection is a precise, ultrasound-guided procedure designed to relieve pain and restore function by freeing nerves trapped in inflamed or scarred tissue. Using a gentle injection of fluid—often combined with nutrients or regenerative solutions—this treatment separates and protects the nerve from surrounding structures, improving circulation and reducing irritation. At Meeting Point Health, we use this advanced technique to treat nerve entrapments, chronic pain, and mobility issues safely and effectively. The result is reduced pain, improved nerve function, and a path toward lasting relief without surgery.

  • PRP Therapy

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy harnesses your body’s own healing power to repair and regenerate damaged tissues. Using a small sample of your blood, we concentrate the platelets—rich in growth factors and healing proteins—and inject them precisely where your body needs repair. This natural, minimally invasive treatment stimulates cell regeneration, reduces inflammation, and accelerates recovery. At Meeting Point Health, PRP Therapy is used to treat joint pain, tendon injuries, and aesthetic concerns, helping you heal from within and restore optimal function.

  • Stem Cell Therapy

Stem Cell Therapy is one of the most advanced regenerative treatments available, designed to repair, rebuild, and restore damaged tissues at the cellular level. Using your body’s own stem cells or carefully selected biologic sources, we target areas of injury or degeneration to stimulate new tissue growth and reduce inflammation. This powerful therapy supports long-term healing for joint pain, tendon injuries, and degenerative conditions without surgery. At Meeting Point Health, Stem Cell Therapy is part of our comprehensive regenerative approach—helping your body heal itself naturally and effectively.

  • Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave Therapy is a cutting-edge, non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic sound waves to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. It’s an effective solution for chronic pain, soft tissue injuries, and stubborn conditions that haven’t responded to other treatments. At Meeting Point Health, we use Shockwave Therapy to accelerate recovery, restore mobility, and help patients return to pain-free movement faster.
