Tara Roulis is the Chief Operating Officer and Practice Manager at Meeting Point Health, where she oversees operations, team development, patient experience, and strategic growth.

Her connection to Meeting Point Health began as a patient in 2020, after more than a year of unexplained illness and debilitating migraines. The care she received from Dr. Stephen and Mary Anne Matta ultimately restored her health—and gave her a deeply personal understanding of what it means to be a patient searching for answers.

With a background in entrepreneurship, wellness, and business leadership, Tara is passionate about building the strong teams and systems that allow exceptional patient care to thrive. She also brings that experience to Meeting Point Strategy Lab, helping other functional and regenerative medicine practices strengthen their operations, teams, and growth.
