What Your Job Entails

As the Patient Care Enrollment Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to effectively transition prospective clients into new patients:

  • Manage all new patient inquiries through primarily through phone calls, Hubspot, and email
  • Screen and qualify prospective patients for readiness level and fit for MPH while educating on our offerings 
  • Provide analytical insights into enrollment data and referral patterns for business development
  • Facilitate timely and accurate intake as part of the new patient onboarding process

As a member of our patient care team, you will assist the clinical team in the following:

  • Assist, support, and provide customer service where necessary ( front desk, exam room turnover, etc..)

As a member of our marketing team (as all team members are), you will also be a part of our efforts to widen our net:

  • Assist with occasional in-house and virtual information events
  • Support our social media manager and marketing team with general content for newsletters and media

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and prior customer service experience preferred
  • Health Coaches welcome
  • PR and Marketing skills welcome

The Nitty Gritty

  • M-F Full Time Hybrid until more clinical days are added ( 3-4 days in-office)
  • $45-50k full-time base salary + incentives and bonuses 
  • Health benefits package including HSA option
  • Annual stipend to use on all in-house therapies
  • PTO
