Meeting Point Health is a boutique medical practice located in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia, specializing in Regenerative Orthopedic Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Aesthetics. We want our patients and staff to feel fully integrated in their mind and body so that their soul and spirit is free to live out their full created human potential and higher purpose.
Our patients enjoy access to the most advanced, evidence-based medicine available, led by Dr. Stephen Matta, DO, MBA, and Mary Anne Matta, MS, MA, LAC. Both Dr. Matta and Mary Anne take an East-meets-West approach, and apply their Christian faith to the practice of medicine by praying with and for their patients and staff.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
- MAKING THE MAGIC HAPPEN – manage the patient experience by ensuring every Meeting Point Health patient in the Functional Medicine program receives an extraordinary experience through all communication in-person, phone, email and portal. Our clinic is cash-based and does not accept insurance. The patient experience must be unlike every other medical clinic.
- See patients in-person and virtually using the technology platform provided by the practice (Cerbo MD-HQ)
- Provide excellent, personalized patient care according to the guidelines provided by the practice
- Address root cause first and foremost by utilizing advanced functional testing
- Work closely with our care team including IV nurses, front desk, health coaches and medical assistants to help patients optimize outcomes
- Provide mentorship to non-Physician staff
- Participate in the development of the functional medicine program as we grow and perfect our processes
- Answer patient portal questions and assist with their questions and concerns
- Complete online charts in a timely and accurate manner, preferably same day
- Follow organizational policies & procedures according to Meeting Point Health Culture
- Work autonomously after completing training in our therapies. Consult with practice owners when necessary.
- Prescribe clinical protocols where applicable, especially as it pertains to the use of higher level therapies
- Undergo a fast-paced training in the following therapies:
- Ozone therapy
- Nutritional infusions
- Bioidentical hormone therapy
- Peptide Therapy
- SOT Therapy
- Compounded Medications
- Represent Meeting Point Health in the local and broader community
- Attendance in person at weekly team alignment meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
- DO, MD, PA, or NP license with prescribing capabilities
- Functional Medicine Certification required
- Must be available for a Wednesday/Friday work schedule
- 1+ years experience in a primary care fields
- 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, brand-forward work environment
- Passion for your personal health and wellness and that of others
- Active Pennsylvania Medical License
- DEA license
- Familiarity using Google Suite, Slack, EMR, and ability to learn new softwares
COMPENSATION
- Productivity based compensation — Hourly + incentives
- Health Insurance Coverage + HSA for employees working > 20 hrs weekly
- CME Allowance
